What an absolute crazy session, you guys certainly have done really really well to get what you have had. For both of you a fantastic album of pictures and memories. Well done 👏 Lads. Cheers Les. I know I for one would love to catch just one of those monster tench, one of the biggest I ever had was around the 6 to 6 1/2 Lb when I was in my twenties, I'm now 71. And yes you fish completely differently to how I used to tench fish. Thanks for re-kindling my past and how beautiful tench are, Tinca Tinca, maybe will have to get myself out on the bank some time soon. Thanks again, good luck with your next venture. Les.

What test curve rods do you guys advise for a bit of a all rounder? I want to start tench and bream fishing, plus a lot of perching. Most of the waters I fish are casting within 50 yards but do have the odd stray carp!

@@connorcgs hi mate. For tench and Bream I'd look at a pair of 1.75tc rods. I use the Drennan MK2 Tench and Bream rods. They are epic but hard to get hold of at the moment. Although I have a feeling there may be something on the market from Drennan soon. But for Tench and Bream I'd be looking at 1.75 or 2lb tc. For perch fishing using bait I'd look for something more in the 1lb - 1.5lb TC range the Twin tip duos are awesome. You could go for the 1.5tc twin tip duos and use them for everything but you will be slightly under gunned at range for the tench and slightly over gunned for the perch fishing! I hope that helps and makes sense! 👊
