This is palatial and no doubt second to none in quality and luxury living. People who live here let's say a family of four, do not have the intention to live a lifestyle of monks and introverts. They built this house to show off and entertain as often as they can. Otherwise why design it this way? This masterpiece is a full blown show and tell. I have so much money I want to show it or it's not worth being filthy rich if no one validates me. Simple as that. I pity the little kids who grow up in the middle of this wilderness. No neighbors to play with like you would in an average American neighborhood that most people's children experience and become part of their treasured memories. You might enjoy having a waterfront vista at your finger tips or a gushing sunset every evening but after a while without outsiders joining you in the gush and jaw dropping crescendos it gets old pretty fast. Been there done that. I didn't live in this gazillion sq foot luxurious box but I did live iin a little match box compared to it. 6000 sq foot one. But I made sure my two boys were integrated into the community solidly everyday of their lives in their local sport leagues, schools, church, and neighborhood. With their peers. They went off to college after that and still came back having friends for life with their kindergarten friends. Then we retired. I have never been so happy now living in a two bedroom haven. No more multitasking to oversee the maintenance of a house both outside and inside, and to manage expected and normal repairs that seem to happen all the time. Sometimes when it rains it pours. The body can only take so much . And if one gets sick in a house like this that alone can become a game changer in a hurry. Good luck to the perfect homeowner. Youll need it. And it has little to do with your money.
