Tim, coffee is good. Beneficial daily is 4 shots. Meaning espresso shot. But what you add on top is up to you - water (Americano), milk (macchiato). But not after 14:00-16:00 to avoid sleeping issues.

What Avengers did, they restore that 50% BACK, when they fought another version of Thanos, from another timeline. However, Thanos did win. Why? Because Thor should've gone for the head ;-)
