The thing is that Laser beam weapons do have a ramp up time from the initial moment you hold the trigger, thus why the enemies just took 2dmg on a tap

About the multiplicative behaviour from gunCO, only projectile weapons have the potential of being multiplicative. Spectra is a beam weapon and thus classified as hitscan so it cannot be multiplicative.

I know that's typically the case, but the gun CO spreadsheet says "most hit-scan weapons" in reference to guns that don't have multiplicative gun CO, and DE isn't always perfect in their coding, so it's still important to make sure.

Like it's washed out from low quality recording software? If you want it to look like that while playing, I'd say a crappy old TV. If you want a recording to look like that, then use the PS5's built in recording software.

I actually think Spectra is better, specifically with Secondary Encumber. I unfortunately keep forgetting it exists because I'm a dumb ass. It would make Spectra get a crap ton of statuses for gun CO, and it can also apply viral.
