Spectral BBC Radio One Drum and Bass Chilled Mix - 24/03/2024

I've replayed this dark & beautiful mix over and over! I took it for a run and also used it to chill at night-time. The crisp drums with the rich bass, it's a great combination, and every transition is perfect 💯 These were the high points for me: 13:17 Tyler Daley - Been Trying (Workforce Remix) - I tried to find this remix, the the amazing drums, but can't. I did find the original though, a nice soulful song 15:01 during Monty & Hyroglifics - 'The Glow' (feat. Benabu) - this build-up to the drop, the bass like a purr, then it scrapes a bit then it falls down into the drop 17:38 this sweet noise (the 'oo' on the descending scale), at the end of Halogenix - 'Bitter', love how Spectral mixed that noise into Satl - 'Kamikaze' loved hearing Spectral's own productions too. Can't wait to hear more of her work
