Spectral ultrasound displays the changing velocities of blood over time. There are multiple different measurements that can be calculated from spectral wave doppler. In this talk we will look at how the spectral tracing is created and the various parameters we can alter in order to change how the spectral waveform is created and displayed.

Not sure if the question banks are for you?
If you're here, you're likely studying for a radiology physics exam. I've spent the last few months collating past papers from multiple different countries selecting the most commonly asked questions. You'll be surprised how often questions repeat themselves!
The types of questions asked in FRCR, RANZCR AIT, ARRT, FC Rad Diag (SA), ABR qualifying Core Physics and MICR part 1 are surprisingly similar and the key concepts remain the same throughout. I've taken the most high-yield questions and answered them in video format so that I can take you through why certain answers are correct and others are not.
Happy studying,
Michael

You are amazing. I spent weeks reading on this topic, watching paid videos and still barely understood it. After watching through your videos once everything is clear. Thank you

Your tutorials are AMAZING. If you have spare time and want an idea for a future video please consider a video on spectral wave forms for different vessels throughout the body with the most common pathology seen on the wave forms for each organ included.

Hi Efetobo. The best way to view videos together is to go to the ultrasound physics playlist on my channel. You can also save the playlist to your channel for easy reference 🙂
