Probably only one bass drum was being used... the kit was back lined and not a lot of drummers nowadays are familiar with playing two bass drums... looks like they kept the second bass drum for looks and used a double pedal at least for this set...

love their records but when i caught them earlier this year it just wasnt great, seems like the same thing here. just think their live sound needs some tightening up. great band tho
