you have my seal of approval good job edit: how the hell do you use samples and how do you make the note progressively get higher in one note?

So for me I use samples by recording existing parts of songs or getting my sounds off of a free sound website and I just drag and drop onto the track that I want it to be in. For that "swing" sound on single notes I double click the note I want to have the swing on and press the triangle wave looking option and press accept. If your talking about a pitch shift however I suggest right clicking on the pitch wheel of the soundfont/plugin you are trying to alter the pitch of and select create automation clip. From there you can adjust the pitch of the instrument according to how far into your song you are. Hope this helps!
