Context here is that an American man went travelling the world to record the lifestyle of each places. When he landed in the Philippines, the cease fire was already signed between the spanish and the Philippines. Here he met Aguinaldo to which he showed his motives and of course, the moving camera which is very new at that time.

The $MEX800,000 issue (Pact of Biak-na-Bato), where 400,000 was given to Aguinaldo, 200,000 for the revolutionaries if they surrendered hundreds of arms (exceeding to 700), and 200,000 if Te Deum was sung in a cathedral. Little did you know that the 400,000 that was given to Aguinaldo was used to buy arms and continue the revolution (since none of the Spaniards and the Filipinos would not follow the pact). Those arms were later used for the second phase of the Philippine Revolution. So the claim that he sold the Philippines and his fellow Filipinos was entirely false. Btw, what Spanish allegiance? Never heard of that. What I've heard is the allegiance to the US of A, after being captured in Palanan [in chess, this is a "checkmate"]. Oh, did he just run away and become a coward? Lmao! Ano naman ang ginawa niya sa pag-aalsa sa Kawit, sa mga labanan sa Imus, Tulay ng Zapote, Binakayan, Bundok Puray, at Alapan, bukod pa sa iba pang labanan? Hindi ba HARAPAN SIYANG LUMABAN? What I only hate about him is that he's being biased towards his townmates (Cavitenos) even if they're in the wrong. @@jettdiff9435 sana mabigyan natin ng pansin ang tamang meaning ng sobra sa tama lang, alam naman nating tama lang na or sapat lang na magsalita tayo ng ingles sa buhay natin dahil: first english is the most influential language in the whole world making it as one of the international language para gamitin ng lahat at magkaintindihan, second ang ibang mga bagay na mayroon sa present generation ay walang salin sa ingles kaya kailangan gamitin ang ingles, now sobra naman sana kung pati ba naman espanyol isasama natin sa official language natin sa bansa so magiging tatlo na, filipino, english, and espanyol, parang sobra naman po ata yun and siguro mas maganda na kung maglalagay tayo ng 3rd official language ng pilipinas, sana isa nalang sa mga dominant dialect ng mga probinsya ang sinama katulad ng bisaya o ilokano so parang magiging filipino,bisaya and english na siya...my point is parang sobra naman ata kung ibabalik natin ang spanish, wala na rin naman na halos gumagamit ng spanish sa pilipinas, merong impluwensiya ng espanyol ang tagalog but it doesnt mean spanish na agad...just saying no toxic here
