Speech: M-62 and the persecution of Uyghur and other Turkic Muslims in China

Today I spoke in the House of Commons on Motion 62, which calls on Canada to urgently resettle 10,000 Uyghur and other Turkic Muslims facing genocide in Canada.
I am in favour of this motion, and also spoke to the need to hold China accountable for these violations of human rights. Canada must stand up and be heard.
