Every one goes through this phase but the real hero is the one who comes out of it.Nuvvu sagam gelchinatte, because nuvvu neelo thappundani , adhi diddukovalani think chesthunnavu.Ila chesi choodu. 1.For 40 days,Think Every day as the last day of your contribution to the world, including to your family.This should include every aspect -your studies, domestic work, helping your friends, (remember true friends are the one's who encourage you in good things and stop you from doing bad things.This is the definition given by Dharma Raja to Yaksha), helping others in the society that could be any small thing from giving information about buses to the bystander to picking up waste paper & putting in a dust bin any small work will have positive effect on you. 2.Divide your goals into minute tasks.For ex.if you have to complete a book, learn a new thing in 10 days, write down your complete day' s routine- categorised for different works.college hrs, travelling hrs, in between time which you can utilize for learning/ reading, after coming home time spent on TV, mobile, sleep, eating,unnecessary talks or things that could be avoided.Just write down every minute.This gives you an idea about how can you manage your time. 3.Now prepare a plan for the total hours you have got in a day.write down a clear cut time table of what you have to achieve today ex. completing 2 chapters, learnig a part etc on the paper as different columns - Date, Morning session hrs, Afternoon session, Evening session hrs , specific tasks in front of them, & at the end of the paper write down Targets Achived today, Your Contributions today, & If tasks not done write down the reasons for it and also how to improve things to work on tomorrow.And if you have got extra time left plan something productive with it. 4.Now every day keep track of time & tick all the tasks completed for each session on the task paper , as it motivates you to the next task.(If you value time it will value you). Do this every day atleast for 40 days as then it becomes a habit.Try developing a new value as a habit - like kindness, courage, etc. as this builds up your character and raises your level of endurance which are so very essential fot this generation. what we are doing here is that we are keeping track of the time by day, hours, minutes.We mostly spend time recklessly thinking that we are immortal forever and all we have is endless time thats the reason we casually waste time.But when we take down every minute- the way we spend, we become more responsible and more careful towards ourselves & everyone around us. Don't worry if you struggle initially , it takes time to stick to the discipline. Write and Re write your plans until you find the suitable one for you.Just make sure, to be committed and honest to yourself. And all the best, Iam sure you will do good.God will always help those who help themselves.
