You are an absolute legend. After 10+ years of editing professionally and trying desperately to ditch Premiere, my struggles with multicam clips in Resolve have been unending. In this video that I originally watched just to learn more about the Speed Editor, you dropped the magic nugget of syncing multicam clips AFTER editing.... unbelievable. Allows for use of transcription markers while editing (from Simon Says) and then adding the multicam functionality at the end. My mind is blown, this was just fantastically helpful. Thank you!

I'm only a basic newbie to Resolve, have had the Speed Editor for months but never got to trying to use it. After watching this vid I embraced the Cut page and did the rough edit using the techniques shown. Fastest I have done it when I am fixing up all my Ums and Ahs etc, the smooth cut and transition duration set is brilliant and fast, doing the Trim in/out so so quick. Thank you.

With your help, I finally just realized why "Ripple Delete" removes the section in front of the playhead. Only in computer stuff is "Backspace" for deleting the previous section, and "delete" for what's in front. Having been pretty strong with the keyboard and ambitiously curious of computers since the early 90s... you'd think I'd have learned this sooner about the Speed Editor.
