We do a drill like this called 300s at hockey practice! We start on the end line and sprint to the 25 on the opposite side of the field and back three times, get some water and do it again for as many times as coach says! Great little vid!

A suicide is typically when you use the length of a pitch (i.e. from baseline to 25 yard and back, 50 yard and back, 75 yard and back, end of the field and back. The distance is much greater compared to a 5, 10, 15m shuttle.

During training if you miss a shot they make u do 5 sprints no exceptions
