As a speed flying pilot it is nice to see a video that isn't just about the rad barrel rolls and proxy flying (which I love), but a more balanced view of the sport.

Is it just me, or did y'all notice that these speedwing fliers do their launch run like anime characters ....with their arms stretched out behind them? Anyway as an old guy (pushing 70) who used to do hang gliding on skis in the early 1970s, I totally get this!

I really wish i could partake in airial sports but as a Canadian who lives in the prairies its just not something i can see my self being able to do, at least not traditional speed flying, im interested in trying cross country paragliding but even that would be really difficult 😞
