Hi m8 can I built a printer out the tronxy xy2 pro well all the stock tronxy parts but now has a 310x310x400 build plate but now I need change steps I’m presuming the steps for set it for the bigger build area carnt fined how to do that

does flashing the firmware undo all the z-offset leveling (the right way) from your previous video?

Nice video. Do you know any other hacks for it,like silencing the fan that sounds like a jet engine? Or some upgrades?

I'm running Marlin 2 on mine, with a cheap direct drive pushing through a Creality hot end running a 0.6 nozzle and textured PEI bed. The only problem I get is I need to reboot it after a few prints otherwise it'll crap out and reset itself like it's had a power failure. I'm guessing it's something to do with the board/ Marlin crashing. Next plan is to use an Ender 3 X axis linear rail kit (currently on my Two Trees Bluer) and swap a BTT TFY24 and SKR Mini into it - Or probably into my spare XY2 I got stupid cheap a while ago and have used as a parts machine. It's never going to be a great printer, but with work it's an OK one.

Hey, thanks for all the informative videos, you are a real treasure for the tronxy community. But I also have a question, did you ever find a firmware solution for the strange homing issue with the original board and marlin? Or is switching to the other pins the only way to go?

Hello Jeff, the ChiTu firmware is currently still running - in very good quality - on my XY-2 Pro. Since I'm currently using my Anycubic Vyper anyway, I thought about installing Marlin on the XY-2 Pro. Is the difference in quality really that big that it's worth it?
