John Skaar, an Assistant Professor for more than 5 years at the Norwegian Universitetet Agder (UiA), guides groups of around 90 students to work in sprints each class. This “Podcast” style recording between John Skaar and Joe Justice is now the introduction to classes such as “IND419 Design and Engineering Management”, taught with agile methods.
