Hello Gordon, You state that you had the other scientist’s measurement in a brown envelope, but that you left it sealed until you completed your own measurement. You further stated that you were pleased that the measurements were closely matched. But as an individual interested in quantum mechanics and quantum measurements of light speed, you must be aware that quantum theory suggests that the data in the envelope-like Schrödinger’s cat-may have been determined only after you completed your experiment! One might expect that you could simple ask the other scientist to confirm what he placed into the envelope. But your experiment today might also be a factor in his experimental history. Ah-hah! But here’s the really weird thing. Based on my own lay-understanding of quantum phenomena, I don’t know if I am joking or perhaps on to a serious flaw in your methodology.

Philip Raymond sir I have studied a lot of research paper and experimental results reported by scientists time to time,no experiment was performed which can provide directly value of speed of light c=(l/t)=299792458 m/s. My exp needed CRO, PHOTODIODE, VACUUM PUMP, ION GUN, COOLING KIT. etc.. plz mail me any E mail Id coresponding cnt clearly. Light does not travel because there is no sun light in the night times. If the atmosphere is spinning and the earth is spinning and sun light is moving, then, the sun light shall be visible in the night times breaking shadow and darkness.

So... they didn't measure the speed of light, they measured the frequency of a CO2 laser and calculated the speed. Not a measurement of speed.
