Don't do following: 1. lip reading 2. tongue reading 3. head movement 4. Body movement 5. Vocalisation Solution: 1. Overcome barriers (use pencil or pencil in mouth) 2. Finger pointing to speed up reading 3. Use peripheral vision, skipping first and last words in sentence (running between wickets) 4. Read group of words 5. Develop urgency 6. Sacrifice comprehension 7. Don't start with textbook. 8. Pakistani technique/ Reverse reading 10-15mins / day this will double your speed. John F Kennedy read around 1000/min, Barack Obama 900/min, Shahrukh khan 400/min Story of Swami Vivekananda, he used to read page by page use to complete 1000 page book in a day.
