Lan cable is very fast for me it said 2 hours just for the internet to transfer the data once i plugged the cable in it went down to 17 mins 🤷🏻‍♂️

Dude i have tried for so long to make ethernet cables work. I have ordered several different ones, tested the speeds, and i guess there is nothing i can physically do to make my ethernet or wifi speeds fast. I guess it is literally impossible where I live.

You might need to reinitialize the console by resetting to factory through Safe Mode. Make sure you have the latest system software downloaded on a USB storage device since the PlayStation will delete that as well when resetting back to factory

If it's only for a certain game try deleting and reinstalling the game fresh on the external HDD or internal SSD, whichever you're running, and see if that helps with the cutscene delay

Not needed. Just have both your PS4 and PS5 on at the same time, both connected to the same wifi. Then, ON PS5: Go to settings-system software-data transfer. The rest is self explanatory.
