Speeding Up Recovery- # 2️⃣ Emphasize Rest and Protection Early On
This doesn’t mean being completely immobile, but rather avoiding activities that could exacerbate the injury.
If you’ve sprained your ankle, you might need to use crutches or a brace to offload the joint. 🩼 You may not be able to run, but maybe you can walk. You may not be able to jump, but maybe you can squat.
Protect the injury, respect the healing process, but keep moving‼️
