I need help; I was in a front collision- the light was green for me; I saw a vehicle pull out then the light changed & I hit them. I hit the drivers door and injured the other passenger. I checked to see if he was ok; but I forgot to get his info. - I was in shock and forgot to go to the hospital to check on him. I didn’t take pictures. I want to help pay his hospital bills even though I don’t believe I was at fault. There was Fire EmS right there; thankfully & everyone in the emergency services was quick to help in the accident but we were both at fault.

I'm in CA. I have a case it's dragged on for almost 4 years now .jan is mediation date. My attorney never keeps me in the loop! Like he lowered my demand money I initially was asking and he lowered it by%30 and send off the demand to them ! So he says! He never discussed with me or said he is going to ask that amount after we initially were asking much higher dollar amount! He is hiding fact from me ! And now whenever I call to talk to him about my case he never take the time to explain he always speak his mind and tries to convince me that I should be realistic and lower my demand! Even though I checked with other trial lawyers and they all put a much higher dollar amount on the case ! Can I still fire him since we are waiting for mediation in 2 months roughly?and hire a new lawyer?this is a UI claim of 1 mil limit! If you know an attorney in L.A. area that you think might work for me pls refer!

I believe segregating the funds in Pacific account with account just like a trust and then working out a payment plan without their service fees etc. Including the lawyer I'm in the situation and I got two cars people that done hit me and now I ain't got no lawyer but I'm going to go talk to her all the hospitals and they are counting and their records would they did I'm going to have more copies I got hard copies of the second place where I woke up so happy you got access to Jesus 😊 the people who are responsible for the settlement are impatient and continuously express their own way to pay 🙏 for the time we're here in the in the Earth I'm alive I got ran over by two cars one off the freeway 10 beside the road and one was drunk I'm still alive!
