"Clothes next" Reminds me of how annoying people can get when they look over my shoulder when I'm drawing. Like yes I have indeed drawn a naked person so I can put the clothes on them after, I'm not about to risk my mental health trying to draw clothes and then the human wearing them.

Honestly I love your lineart so much, its so sketchy but really neat and pretty at the same time and uGH, I have so much trouble with my linework digitally or using traditonal inking but yours just makes me so happy I love it (and your drawing process is so fun and interesting to watch as well, your characters are so cool, I just love watching your videos)

i really didn't mean to like belittle your art or character design and i think it's amazing so i'm very sorry if it came off that way. the only reasons it reminded me of his was cause he has light hair worn in a braid like that, a similar coat, and wears gloves. and it also definetly has to do with the fact that i'm a little obsessed with edward elric. but the final artwork really doesn't look that much like him at all, i only meant the sketch

drawing androgynous characters is something I do very often, because I don't believe in the gender binary and "rules" that tell you people should look a certain way solely because of the gender they've been assigned at birth! now to actually answer your question, my commissioner has decided that the character is male.
