a lil plant guro cause its fun to draw, also just messin around with colors and junk u know how it is, time spent on this is like 2 hours
Edit: a lot of people seem to have gotten a little confused with my process in this video, so i wanted to make it clear that while, yes i am technically tracing, im tracing my own art. more precisely my own traditional art, a lot of the time im not around a computer but still want to draw, so i draw with a sketchbook, and sometimes i end up with a picture i really like and want to post online, however i can't just post my traditional pictures as is, i don't have the adequate art supplies or an adequate camera to do so with pleasing presentation, so i have to make my traditional art digital in order for it to get any notice, which is what im doing here. i hope this helped clear up any confusion or misunderstandings.

1.) they traced their own art. That doesn't mean they're defending tracers, for tracers are people who trace OTHER'S art. 2.) tracing their art digitally doesn't make them lazy. You can see they colored and did everything traditionally first. They could've just left it there but they decided to do MORE WORK by outlining and coloring again, but digitally. 3.) even if you thought they were tracing, why did you bother commenting about it? Why didn't you just click off the video or reported it or something else? If they were a tracer, you're not supposed to give them attention. Conclusion: no one has the right to accuse this person of tracing. Even if you "didn't know", you're still in the wrong. You could've saved a few seconds of your day but nope, you decided to spend it commenting on something only to be wrong at the end.

mochii munchkin I usually do similar. I’ll do it on paper, and trace it digitally to make the lines nicer. I usually post both versions on social media so people know it’s my work, just to be safe. XD

that is nonsense!! anyone can be as good as anyone! it just takes work and practice have you ever been to the back of my deviantart?? because that place shows that practice makes better. my art used to be horrible, i used bases, i didn't understand anatomy and i couldn't color to save my life,, and that was only like 5 years ago!! and you might be a little too young to understand how fast 5 years rlly is but its like a fucking freight train. and every artist goes through that exact same rlly shitty start! at least if they started as kids,, i think people who start as adults get off on a better foot, but either way! everybody you think has great art now had shit art once and they all worked super hard and never stopped drawing to stop being shit. so yeah! i know i wont change your mind, because mindset's like that take more work then just some encouragement to change, but i want you to understand that you've still got to practice! you never know where you'll end up! if you just keep experimenting and trying and always drawing you will get better! and it might happen faster then you think! and it could also happen slower! so long as you're drawing everyday you're always improving, no matter your pace, so i just want you to know that i absolutely believe you can become as good as me, i believe you could be even better! you just have to keep drawing! nobodies born good at art, its a concentrated effort to improve that makes people good at art

You just have to save the picture as a Photoshop file. Then it can be opened in both programs no matter which one you started with.

I know you're tracing your own work, but to defend tracers a bit, to me as long as the end product ends up differently than the original and you add your own touches, then I just see it as a way to find ones own drawing style while admiring anothers. But if there are no changes and its the exact same picture with different colors then that is just terrible

BS Parade for a lot of people it's easier to draw traditionally, then trace it back into digital. that or if you find a piece that you like but it's traditional, and you want to make that picture in digital, then to do an exact copy in digital isn't wrong.

Luumi Bornes oh, alright. the wording was very off then, lol. i trace my own traditional sketches constantly. as long as it's the person's work, it is perfectly fine. however, the guy above is honestly a little concerning. there was someone who drew in a fandom and basically traced over pictures and just added other pictures over that they traced to make it seem like they could actually do realistic art, and sold their tracing for like, 30 bucks.

obvious responce, that's MY OPINION. It's a quick and easy way to draw, saves time and effort by tracing otherr works, I understand that. In my opinion, that is lazy, but it does not mean shes a bad artist or thats a bad thing. If you can find the easiest way to get stuff done and still keep the high quality work with it, then go for it, more power to you. I am not, by any means, shamming them for being smart.
