[SPEEDRUN] Neighbours From Hell (PC) 100% RTA (single segment) by psykrapmadafaka

After about a month of practice, finally nailed it this morning! Should've done it yesterday, but Halloween was a disaster - lots of failed runs, either due to forgotten items or wrong timing, and couple of cases of misused items! Sub 55 is certainly doable (not sure about 54 though), with better menu-ing, loading times & better-timed performing of actions (most notably, timing the exits & trying not crash the game from clicking too fast at the "trophy award" screen), but either way I'm satisfied with this outcome! "Night of the Hunter" is definitely the worst, with my strat that is over-reliant on doing very specific actions very precisely (thus failed it I think 4 times, can't remember); next is whatever I made up for "A Sunny Morning" to keep it under two "cycles"; then maybe "Do It Yourself"; and the rest is OK-ish in terms of difficulty and practice time!
Will provide 600p60 if needed, will also provide save files split per season for easier practice to speedrun.com (if possible, made from retail & GOG releases). What I won't provide is the guide I made up (and the cheat-sheet-JPEG-thing I made up of that to refer on the phone) due to being too confusing to be of help to anyone (even made me stumble, wasting few runs too many), so for anyone who wants a go at this PB, please make your own, doesn't hurt to save yourself of such screw-ups!
Thanks to mugg1991, wAd0s, & max007_10 for some of the strats used in the run - dunno if I'll bother revisiting this one, due to how mentally tiring running it was, and also due to the crap laptop used. Certainly won't bother with other categories & the sequel due to WRs set there already being very optimized, and me & PC seem to have nothing to look for there. Either way, both glad and sad that this fun title that brought entertainment and joy to my childhood got to some kind of a "finale", but as usual, good luck to anyone in beating this hundo!
