Note that, while you can probably SRM all of the achievements in their current state, it probably would not be very difficult to add checks to them to prevent the SRM; they probably won't add that because it would be drastically harder to get them that way. Also, the reason the "You got them all" thing pops up like that is because speedrunning getting all of them repeatedly is very much not how most people get achievements; I believe ZFG just used something called "Encore Mode" which lets you earn achievements you've already gotten, and is primarily a feature used for testing and debugging. Otherwise, the completion pop-ups work as you'd expect, with the only unintuive thing being that 0 point achievements actually just don't count. Of course, 0 point achievements are extremely uncommon, mostly only being used for warnings and sometimes cheat codes (which themselves usually come with a "now you don't get any more achievements unless you turn this off" warning).
