The games have gotten easier through the years and I actually liked that this reminded me of the good old days. I only have platinum trophies for about 10 games and this is one of them. here's a small tip for the onion in the first battle: if you just stand off to the side and don't attack him, he will come up for a few seconds, look around, and go back down. keep in mind though, if you do this, then another enemy will appear during the carrot phase, and will go back and forth at the bottom of the screen, and you obviously take damage if you hit him. this could make the last phase more difficult.

A fun thing about the first run & gun level, you can actually dash under the acorn maker and save like 5-7 seconds

Yeah was about to comment the same but figured I would check first if it has been mentioned… Also it is the only way to complete the run and gun pacifist challenge since you can’t jump over or through the acorn maker. It’s not doable even with the equipped so the only way without killing em is by going underneath…

@@IRrebel3 I did the pacifist run and gun without it somehow. I got my super (invincibility), got one of the mushrooms to shoot a pink cloud as I dropped down to the acorn maker, parried and used my super in the air, jumping over the machine.

A way to go slightly faster and save like 30 seconds is to not shoot the onion, he will become happy and skip straight to the carrot. Hope this helps!
