You should make a PC for heavy duty games. Even your most expensive model is a 3070 with 16GB memory. And for 2800? I paid the same price and got a 3080 and 64GB from Xidax last year. Then again maybe it's not need for some people (As both a gamer AND A CIDEO EDITOR...I needed the extra, faster VRAM)

i think not enough people know how this works. it is a mod, but it was only possible with a plugin, it can be (with a bit of tweaking) used for other games and already has been, for example rocket league or sonic generations. the way it works is that mario 64 is running in the background so that the mario physics and gameplay functions work, but the actual character is invisible but the hitbox is still there, so that mario actually can be hit for example. with the plugin mario can pretty easily be put into any game, though some fixes might be needed at some times, for example in sonic generations for the rails to work, mario has to be disabled and sonic's control is taken over again so that "mario" can grind on rails.

It's so technologically impressive. I discovered this the other day and the way it works is incredibly cool. It's basically running the exact Super Mario 64 source code in it's own exact copy of the world and then is projected and rendered in Minecraft, which means that every single minor or major glitch that came with Mario 64 is also in this mod, both the big ones and the lesser known small ones, because it's not actually just a port of Mario mechanics and models into Minecraft, it's just actually Mario 64 Mario in Minecraft

I wonder how water pillars work. Did you try that at any point? 'cause normally, Mario can only enter water from the top. If he enters it from any other angle, it just warps him to the top I guess Smallant kinda did that while he was building the portal, but I don't think he showed where he actually started swimming

groundpounds and punches definitely need to destroy blocks. you could maybe tie it to pickaxe strength based on the type of pickaxe in your hand/inventory at the time, so you can't just destroy bedrock and obsidian from the get go
