Is there a Mecalux community board somewhere? I have been having persistent issues with my cranes, and Mecalux support has done little in root cause analysis. Other facilities must have seen the same problems already. Predominantly I see "Fault Axis X driver" and "Safety relay is in error state". Both seem to be when the APS does not go into the rack perfectly smooth.

If the pallet breaks in there than you're screwed. A roller rack costs much less and can handle good or broken pallets.
