Great podcast as always! I'm really happy to hear that Jordan will be skating all 6 world cup weekends and am very much looking forward to see what kind of crazy shenanigans he can pull of this season. Also apologies for keeping him at the rink in Inzell for so long lol, I was one of the last ones to get a picture with him there. He was very kind to everyone and it's great to see that he, like a lot of other skaters, takes his time to take pictures with fans.

Here's my personal experience with Bob. Several years ago, when I started the new era as a returning 60-something age skater, my old body was complaining about what I was doing to it. So I asked Bob if he would help me and he generously agreed to see me. He gave me several PT exercises to help 'fix' my tendon problems, and he also gave me some speedskating strength and endurance weight type of exercises to do. And while I am still not quite up to the amount of weight and reps he wrote down for me, I do the exercises. My favorite part of my visit with him was his stories about Eric Heiden. I am very grateful!

Wonderful interview!!!!! That's surprising on the new oval in Milan. It may cost as much as much as it would have cost to put a roof over the one originally planned.
