So is the car running on speeduino? Or are you just using it as a DAQ for your dash? Is this a PiDash variant?

Yes the car's engine is being run by Speeduino for both fuel and ignition. The car was originally fuel injection and I've retained the OEM injectors, removed the Lucas 14CUX fuel only ECU, replaced it with Speedy, and the original distributor has been removed and replaced with VW 106b coil packs (2 because it's a V8). It is not a PiDash variant; the software is my own development.

It's a standard 0.4.3 board. I forget which revision. Might be 0.4.3b.

It's a mega. I built a device which bridges the serial connection to a canbus.

It's not a tablet. It's a raspberry pi but rather than running Linux it has a custom developed Kernel that enables direct access to the hardware using a development platform called Ultibo. The same kernel runs on the left and right screens (one Pi for each) but with different configuration.
