I'd be down with the retinal scanner availability being made a minute or two faster. I also think that once the event ends and there are presumably less VIPs wandering around, that letting elite guards also use the scanner would make sense. You can argue their job level should allow them to use the scanner and it would be good for gameplay once there's only one VIP on most maps.

I got into Deceive because of you, but i got a question i wasn't able to find the answer for. how come sometimes when it's down to the last spy the game auto ends, but other times it doesn't? when i spectate sometimes i can see it's just 1 person left but the match didn't end, but other times i'm watching 2 players, 1 dies and it just ends.

from what i know, the game ends if there’s one spy left and the package hasn’t been picked stolen yet. if someone has stolen the package and there’s one spy left it auto calls the car

Exactly what the other comment said, if the package is not picked up and there's only 1 spy left the game ends. If the package is in play (phase 3) the car auto calls when there's only 1 spy left, if the car is already called there's no way to be 100% sure you're the last play alive (though usually you can be 99% sure) so yes if you kill someone during phase 3 and the car auto calls b line to the car (unless it was the 5min auto call timer)

you have blue cover chip and with the passive im p sure you get cover back almost instantly so it's hard to do what you're trying to do

The timestamp thingy that separates game 1 from game 2 is broken for me (game 1 says game 2)

yeah, if you look at the description it says game 2 starts at 0:03 seconds( it should've been 7:02 )
