Your calculations based on tyre uprisizing is good but you totally neglected the alloy rim width .9.0J = 230 mm approx, 225 size will be stretched, 235 minimum although 245 is ideal .195 is beyond the limit of tyre stretching. It simply won't work on 9.0J.

Sorry to say bro but you are wrong:- Professionals recommend to upgrade maximum 2-3% that means it shouldn't be more than the top model size. I mean to say that your car figo gets 175/65 r14 in low models and 175/65 r15 in top models and according to this you should upgrade according to the r15 tyre size. Also if you just put the same tyre size the top model gets you'll even get higher ground clearance for 1 inch, but since you upgraded according to r14 your cars height is the same😊. Hope you'll get my point.

. -ve offset on alloy means tyre is outwards & + ve offset means tyre is inwards. -/+ offset is not going to affect calculation. While putting tyre it should not hit inside things while turning the tyres on road. Therefore, tyres should not hit inside things, one can decide if one needs +ve /-ve offset.
