I remember the first time I met Brother Tim. It was in Virginia, and he was still a evangelist. My family was having some major problems at the time. My dad was pastor of a cogop church in Broadway Va. We were invited by our neighbors to go to a revival that Tim was holding. My mother had always felt shorted because she had never been slain in the spirit. Bro Tim called my folks out that night. After that service he allowed me to sing one of his songs which I won Teen Talent with the following year. I have never been able to tell him how much he meant to us after that week. But Brother Tim. You have been in our prayers every since. You don't know ow much of an impact you had on our family. Congratulations on what has happened since. Keep being the influence you always have been.

This is The Speers one of the BIGGEST Groups in Southern Gospel Music. This song was Recorded over 20 years ago and in fact Tim Hill is now the Head Administrative Bishop for the Church Of God Headquarters in Cleveland Tenn.also the Home of Lee University that Trains most all of the Church Of God Leaders

I have been trying to find a performance by the Speer family (this was during their era with their teenage children, who performed with them,, late 60s to early 70s). They sang a song, I can't remember the name of it but this is some of the lyrics. Well I gave this video a like, and it would be nice if people did the same for my video even though it's not gospel related and helped it go viral. I'd do more videos, but I don't believe my phone has enough juice in it. At least it didn't the last time I tried to do a video. I grew up around Tim Hill. I was best friends with his daughter growing up. Tim Hill wrote this song and the Spears made it popular. That's why they let him sing that song. He actually sing that song at church a lot before the Spears released it
