When you want to get into a door that is not the driver seat, you have to hold the enter vehicle button close to the door you want to enter, or else it will just go to the driver seat ;)

I was playing on pc a few years back and was in a hackers lobby. Man's gave everyone in the lobby 100s of millions of dollars. I left the lobby after getting nearly 1 billion. Rockstar didn't catch on till just a few months ago. They reset my money to zero but let me keep my 400 mil worth of cars and property. Kinda ruined the fun having all that given.
