Spell Icons UO Outlands

I've been asked how you can update the Ultima Online User Interface (UOUI) - we cover how to import gump overrides into your UO Outlands game folder. This will update your UO spell icons and status bar gumps. These can also be used for other UO servers.

UO Outlands is a free-to-play Ultima Online shard loosely set in the T2A era which launched in October of 2018.
