How adventurous of you to play and test! Lots of fun to see the results….albeit it a bit scary due to the “warnings” to “do not use” but considering how many foil plates we have, it really double the use of these…long term who knows but fun play. And, hey, it’s not like there are new plates available for us coming along every day. 😂. ❤❤❤❤❤. Love your “go for it” vibe!

I use watercolor paper with my betterpress. Makes beautiful deep impression.

Try reverse foiling with the very large rectangle pink fresh plate. It turns out beautiful.

Betterpress plates can be hot foiled. But i never tried hot plates on the betterpress since they recommend not to. I may try a foil plate taking out the shims.

Oh gosh, I guess I'm going to have to get the better Press. I've been resisting the temptation. Maybe a Christmas gift to myself or something. Is the Spellbinders 2 piece Christmas glimmer still available? It's beautiful

How big a difference is there between using the betterpress plates in the betterpress, compared to using the betterpress plates in the go press and foil machine, when inking for letterpress style?
