I like your idea to tuck a wrapped candy cane onto a tag...makes a tag so special! I used to only make little tags, just big enough for the standard TO and FROM. I'm thinking about going for some of these larger tags. Thanks for all these wonderfully festive samples. Beautiful!

These are adorbs, as usual. I remember you using graphic45 tags in another project (Let It Bee mini album). These would be the perfect solution to handmade Christmas cards because they have a nice pocket for goodies that I love to stuff my cards with. My holiday cards last year were a labor of love. I wanted to make more but ran out of time and was exhausted. These might be simpler and just as wonderful. And can later be tree decor! Still trying to find out what sized gromets these take. I have the die so I can cut my own tags. Thanks for sharing!

Hi, Ann! I don't have an answer on the grommets, as I use the actual G45 tags for the base, then cut liners with the tag die. Maybe 1/2"? 3/8"? I think if you punched heavy cardstock reinforcements for front and back you could get by without grommets, as the ribbon really mostly covers them up. I have always loved G45 tags. I hope they don't discontinue them. I use them for all kinds of projects! Thanks for the sweet words!

@@kathyclementkathybydesign Hi Kathy, I messaged the seller of my G45 tag die set and she researched for me. (Maybe called the manufacturer?) Anyway, she replied and said this card takes a 1/2" eyelet. So I will buy a package of those to try. BTW, one word in the YT title is misspelled. Wanted to tell you so you could fix that, if desired. Stay Happy! (I just watched this tutorial and got all excited again. 😉 I just need to find the right Christmas digitals. May do shabby chic.)

Oh, have a wonderful weekend! Sadly, there are no independent scrapbooking stores in Raleigh. Isn't that just so sad? We only have the "big box" stores, and the scrapbooking selections in those keep getting smaller and smaller. Maybe I should open my own shop!
