gonna try and release a vid similar to this every week on a variety of topics/games apologies for any editing issues -- kinda rushed this one out the door since I was procrastinating for so long. I'm not used to scripting out ideas/topics, and I'm 1000% not confident at all when releasing these so expect to see some improvements from week to week as I get the hang of actual youtube videos instead of generic stream highlights thx for watching, sorry for being afk for 3 months. can (usually) catch me on twitch if I'm AFK here. :)

I also like how items look laying on the ground when you walk up. If you can't already tell what it is there is a tiny square with an icon. Very helpful. Good design. 6:00 while I'm sure their intention was to balance endgame by making heals scarce, all I feel it really does is lessen midgame aggression since you can't rely on getting enough heals after a big fight (unless you run certain perks). This means an aggro player actually gets punished unless they wait until the endgame chaos or pick their fights extremely carefully. Kind of removes the "Royale" from Battle Royale tbh at least for me
@kamekazi11234 жыл бұрын
I agree, while it does add a tactical layer, this is not primarily a tactical game and should be about agressive fights and tactical decision making should come when to heal, not can i heal?

Hi, @a_seagull, You probably don't know me, but I know you and I've been following you on twitch for quite some time. I just wanted to give you my opinion on this review. First of all, Congrats on 5 years on Twitch and the TF2 stream was hecking awesome(PLZ do more of them in the future). Also your Spellbreak streams were a real treat and I really enjoyed them. The reviews you're making and really informative and well-made, I do believe they are a perfect guide or rather a "before you buy/download" type of video for people looking into a game. The only thing that I'm not a big fan of is that they are really clean, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but here they feel almost sterile, dare I say. I really love watching you streams and your personality is the main reason I stick around every midnight to watch you for a bit(thank you kindly for the early streams btw) and I can't escape the feeling that there is no real personality in the reviews. I'd really love to see more of your review and I'll be eagerly waiting for them, but until then I'll be sticking around, lurking in your chat and having a blast, while doing so. Sadly I'll have to give these 2 videos only 3 soldier airshots out of 5. Thank you for being a great source of both useful insight into the industry and great laughs a for one of the best communities out here of the vast untamed fields of the internets. See you tomorrow on twitch and hopefully in the nearest future on the tuber. Love, lmikel1337.

Kind of a strange point to add but though I absolutely love this game, if you haven't tried it out yet I'd highly suggest waiting for the 'Prologue' patch to come out first( supposedly at the end of this month). Not only will it give stuff to work towards but it is supposed to introduce the 9v9 clash mode which will help alot of newer players learn the combat of the game without having to go through the process of looting and running around only to get killed by someone with alot more experience. Of course if you're determined enough to work hard enough and improve it's fine as is, but I'd say the above applies to most players considering how many have decided to quit the game after getting stomped on.

If you're good at shooters in general and you like movements you will be good at this too, these game rewards aim since it's very hard to hit people, I started to play when it was released on console and I'm having a blast, for new players just go with Fire or Stone, then you can move up to other classes like Conduit or Toxicologist, Tempest and Frost are in my opinion the most difficult to use for beginners, but they are fun!
@kamekazi11234 жыл бұрын
I think the movement abilities are balanced with the exception of teleport. Flight gets you out of being 3rd partied easily and helps you reposition if your losing a fight. Its very good 1v2. Spring step, shadow step are good 1v1. Dash is absolute trash in my opinion, i dont see any use for it. Teleport is good for all circumstances. Helps you traverse map, helps you disengage and reposition/dodge in 1v1s. It just depends on what you need. Maybe make dash a 2 part use within 3 seconds and after that goes on cooldown, idk. That might help

The audio really needs some polishing. When the game came out I played a few matches and it just felt too silent; there's like no sound except for the combat. Compared to Apex, where at all times something is going on, this just felt like a dead world to me. I really see a lot of potential in this game, but with that kind of audio it's definitely not for me.

The sudio is great. I dont need to hear battles cross map to third party. Maybe add some non intrusive ambient sounds but in terms of gameplay, the audio is great
@Donar234 жыл бұрын
@@kamekazi1123 Right, it's not necessary to hear fights across the map. Ambient sounds would already improve the feeling, but even more important would be voice lines. Best part: it's F2P but not P2W. You have access to everything by default so you never have to spend a single cent to enjoy everything the game has to offer. Worst part: no SBMM. The longer this stays out of the game, the worst the new player experience will become over time, and the game will eventually plateau and more rapidly fizzle out.
