Also I noticed the fire/toxic tornado looks like not just 3 ascending explosions... Kinda looked like 4 or even 5 to me. Not sure.

Right, but you can't actually hit one person with all of those, you can only ever hit them with as many as 3 if they're moving at full vertical speed, or using a rune to move straight upward
