i am confused with the video. the oven must be preheat at 450 F before putting the bread inside. Correct ? Your bread is wonderful !

Sorry about the confusion! I put the bread into the cold oven, then turn on the oven to 450°F and bake for 20 min. Then turn down to 400°F and bake for 15-20 min. I hope this helps!

I tried the recipe but I found a table spoon of salt is too much for it. My bread ended up too salty unfortunately. I think 1 tsp is enough for the next time. Other than that the recipe is good.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that it was too salty for you. Maybe it depends on the salt or on the liking of more or less salt. Hop it turns out great next time with just 1 tsp salt.
