That is already an option we provide, on the main menu just enable "Temple uses stone brick" in the mod options

@@Bashteur sadly.. no Derek yu said they’re gonna be taking a break from the spelunky games (which could mean 2 things: 1.they stopped with the spelunky series :( 2.”break”, not end which means guaranteed sequel) we’ll be left in doubt until further information
