Not at all confirmed but a good handful of people believe it's Wes (of the old smosh games crew). Obv there's no concrete evidence, but the timeline (in an old video it's implied it happened in like 2017 iirc) lines up with his engagement having a nasty break, and court was roommates with Wes at the time (hence the, "oh, I guess I did know that" with it being cheating.) Can't stress enough that none of that is hard facts though, just speculation on details that line up.
