Spencer was my favorite player in both of his seasons. I was sad he didn't win, but he showed to be fun to watch, never gave no matter how many things went wrong for him (and many things went wrong), and was a major player to win the game.

I’d love to see Spenser play against new era returnees in Modern v Post Modern era returnees season. I see Modern era as starting around Cagayan with smart, young players who had grown up on Survivor starting to change the way the game was played. The Post Modern Era for me begins with season 41. The new era players all have the same vibe as Spenser - survivor savvy, nerdy yet athletic and also a little cocky.
