THINGS THAT PROBABLY NEED TO HAPPEN: 1. Play to win - for example don't play players like Faisal to make sure everyone gets a game, instead take things like a more serious club and play the best players which will encourage people to compete for their positions. The other players will have time to prove themselves in the other videos and 5 aside games but not in matches. 2. Tactical and formation change - the strongest team isn't put out each weak as it should be and tactically spencer isn't great at managing the team or the most knowledgeable in the team. Personally AJW comes across as the most knowledgeable or perhaps Ryan and therefore I think they should get the armband as they are better players and leaders. Instead of spencer a manager should also be brought in to change up tactics and bring in the Chelsea style 352 which I think is needed to suit the players available. 3. Academy Players - I feel that there is a lot more talent in the academy that should be brought into the hashtag starting 11. For example, players like Stamp would be very much useful in the squad and would definitely be a great asset to the defence, which is massively strengthen the squad. As well as that there are a few other class players that could be useful and who deserve the opportunity to contest for their place in the side, particularly in the midfield where there were a few class players and in the defence which could do with improving. The attack is very much solid but competition would be healthy for the attacking positions too. 4. Varied abilities - for me the side is extremely unbalanced. It ranges massively in skill level for people such as Charlie, Ryan, dan and Theo to less able players like spencer and Faisal. Therefore I would suggest making a B team to also play on the channel, which would suit better the poorer quality of players aswell as give others the opportunity to prove themselves and move into the A squad. This would also encourage the players to perform better as a result. 5. After division 1 - there may be other ideas for the series after division one, however I as well as many other viewers would like to see hashtag join a Saturday or Sunday league, for greater competition. This would be more interesting to watch, it would create harder fixtures if in a good division and friendly fixtures could still be played during the week in better settings like the emirates. This isn't hate. It is very strong criticism and not everybody is going to like and/or agree with it. I do appreciate the effort put into the series and I do enjoy watching it, but these are just some ways in which I think the series could benefit in order to make it more entertaining. Please don't take offence, I realise that you will run the series how you want to as it is yours however i feel I should be able to suggest improvements that I think would help it to improve. Positive responses or constructive criticism appreciated, let me know if you agree.

Spencer mate you gotta be realistic. You can't play LB or RB. Sure you got away with it in the lower divisions when you were versing worse teams but now the good players are showing your true skill or lack thereof. If you're gonna play yourself, play in CM. If you truly cared for the success of the club you'd drop Seb and yourself to the bench to make way for the better players. Same with Rich Beck, who I've always been sure was a glorified thug, and now he's proving me right. Get's caught out of position every long ball and doesn't have any pace to cover. Sam Adams is really your only good defender.

As you said at the end of the video, there is definitely no shame in losing to such a solid side. Still, I think this has to be one of those matches where from a viewer's perspective it seemed like Hashtag played quite poorly. Everyone in defense apart from Sam Adams and Andy looked like they completely lacked aggression and pace. You very rarely intercepted any moves forward from the Football Fancast Team and at times gave the ball away very easily. I really do think you should look into strengthening your backline, bearing in mind you are going to come up against quite a few strong teams in DIV 1 who will be extremely good at moving the ball forward quickly - so maybe getting people like Dagnowski or Stamp from the academy in to the side for a couple of games could step up your defensive game in difficult matches! Either way, I really enjoyed the video as per usual - please keep them coming!

I wouldn't say the team are 'awful'. They're fairly good for the level they play at; obviously if you compare them to semi-pro and professional teams they won't measure up, but that's why you generally critique people against others in the same 'league'/level. I do find the whole made up divisions to be pointless though because they pick who they face, so there isn't really a change in difficulty

Louis Parratt I suggested this months ago, and I still think its a great idea. It would work well because Spencer knows what will happen so its as though the excitement in his voice is forced. If True Geordie recorded the commentary when he first watches the footage (or is at the game live) then you know its a genuine reaction. Also he has proven himself to be a good commentator for Wembley Cup, Sidemen match in Southampton and Next Level football league. Make this happen
