Cicadas are our night time lullaby music. Nothing better than, open windows, cool evening breezes and the cicadas singing you to sleep. Our leaves haven’t started falling yet, but I’m sure it won’t be too much longer. I so enjoy riding the trails on the property with you. Be safe and God bless. You both are both looking good physically! Savanah, please wear gloves when handling the wood, you never know when there might be brown recluse spiders!

Hey Shawn I mowed my yard today I didn't have to empty the bag until I was done the whole yard I usually have to empty about 3 times I was mowing as high as the deck would go. TQ The nice Job on splitting the wood I've not split wood in 20 years It Was for totenchip requirement for Boy scouts. totenchips are a card you receive let's people know You know how to safely handle a knife Ax And saw without hurting somebody or yourself If you make a unsafe move with 1 of them you get a corner cut off You get 4 corners cut off You gotta start over.

@dennismahonchak3228Ай бұрын
You might want to invest in a moisture meter. Cherry and Maple split seasons in 6 months Oak split 1 year. Those oak rounds may not be seasoned enough to burn. Seasoned firewood typically has a moisture content of less than 20%. Firewood that has a higher moisture content is harder to burn and produces more smoke, which can lead to chimney fires.
@dustdevl1043Ай бұрын
They have a meter.

Great video, thanks for the tour of your property. Have you tried placing the log inside a tire. The tire keeps it from falling to the side and is a great bumper for when you miss. It doesn't swing all the to the legs. It isn't perfect of course but helped last time I had to split wood.

@tylerbraaksma271Ай бұрын
I have used a br700 along with the br800 at the lawncare company I used to work at. the 700 has the velcro strap while the 800 has the hook which I like the hook on the 800 better than 700 for storage. me personally I have the br600 that I use at home and the br700 and br800 when use two work at the lawncare company. also the 800 had a quite a bit more power than the 700. if I had to buy a stihl backpack blower all over again it would be the br800x for more power, comfort, and also how nice the blower tube is out of the way for storage.
