Spencer Lawn Care is a Great Inspiration to the way Lawn Services should be done in my opinion. All of the customers that I have had over the years always ask me this one question and I would tell them I would only do the lawn the same way I would do my own lawn and do it with the same kind of pride also. My customers would appreciate the way I did it every time. I have some customers now that have told me that I'm the only one allowed to take care of their lawns and nobody else. dump truck is going to be great on jobs like this. its very high to be loading into though. i saw a guy on a site that had a trailer with high sides and he made 2 brackets that hung over the sides that created a lip about 16" from the ground so that his trailer ramp would clip on . this allowed him to walk up to the side of the trailer and be higher for throwing stuff in. might work for you on these jobs

I had a potential customer today said they just wanted trimming done for three properties even said it will take four hours to do I quoted $100 they only wanted to pay $55. I will not work for that price, insane.

Just repair grass and reseed any plow damage salting wise probably use a push spreader with guards on side to prevent any access over shot

Need to grab a walk behind mower , my scag will stick slopes at angles or sideways my Ventrac with duals won’t, that way your not stuck just striping one way and don’t have to worry about sliding down that hill

First property is unkempt. Red flag for such a high end home in a high end development on a golf course. They want it bagged, but their beds and shrubs are a mess. Tread lightly with these people. Feel them out. Find out why they're searching for a new provider. Could be that their old provider cut them off.

What if you put a drop step on the side of your new dump truck and when you dont use it have it so you can just swing it up and have it clip in place out of your way and you just pull it to drop it back down when you need it every time Spencer.

On that first property, how are you going to get a machine into the backyard to mow? As for the previous contractor digging into the hillside on that down hill left turn, of he would have just line trimmed a little extra every few weeks, he could have altered his tracks each service. Oh well. You can always add an under body stow away ladder under the dump box to make it easier to load over the side on the new truck Praying all is well with the family
