This is dehydrated eggs. The taste is 99% of the real deal. Also the brand is mountain house and all their meals are are pretty damn good. Especially if you backpack. Troops are fed this because eggs/meat wont last weeks on end and this looses basically no nutrition by dehydrating it. Its lighter than carrying all the food fresh and easier to prepare as its just adding water.
