Tape-ins are not damaging to the hair when it's time to remove them- they use a dissolving liquid to break down the glue adhesive from the tape! I wanted extensions, but I needed to make sure it wasn't going to damage my existing hair

Doesn't hurt at all, just imagine your hair is sandwiched between two hair extensions! When washing I tend to be more gentle but still am able to really clean my scalp

It is expensive, but you can reuse the hair when it's time to remove and reattach them!

You would have to go back to a professional to get it removed! They last anywhere from 6-8 weeks depending on how quickly your hair grows!

I've had tape ins before! they're an absolute pain. you have to blowdry immediately after washing your hair, as prolonged exposure to water will shorten their hold time, and yes, when I took them out, even with removers and following instructions, some of my hair would come out as well. not a ton, but if it's something you did back to back, it could result in hair not growing back in the places it has ripped out (like plucking your eyebrows, eventually the hair can just give up and stop trying to grow back.)

These are semi-permanent extensions, so they last anywhere between 6-8 weeks! You would wash as normal
