spend a recovery day in the camper with me

Bringing you along on a day of recovering from a busy weekend. Long Covid symptoms are not playing the last couple of days so we're taking it easy. This is what a typical day looks like while I'm down with my sickness in my camper. Stay healthy and take care!

Honestly it helps me a lot to have a visible sign because I tend to ignore the internal signs lol!

its important to relax after covid It got myself my doctor said go home and make some Coffee and go to bed early. 😁😆

Did you get the POTS done? If you have not and still anxious about it, please read my comment from your post 8 days ago (you should read it anyways). You're going to have good days and bad days (as you know). On the bad days just think "Oh well - it's life" and find some easy things to do. Go hang out with the horses.

Hello Madz, I have a question about you having this Long Covid stuff, Do you have to mask up when you go into stores or when you see your Mom & Are you still contagious to be around. ( Just wondering?)

Yeah thanks for the question! I’m not contagious because I’m not actually carrying the virus. It just left lasting damage on my body when I did have it! So I don’t have to mask up :)

Hi. Long Covid (also known as ME/CFS/PEM) is all the symptoms without the virus so there's nothing to transmit.
