I grew up in London and I'm moving back there next month. Haven't lived there since I was 18 so I don't have that many friends there and I need to discover what I enjoy there now :) Definitely taking inspiration from your solo date, I'll have to plan one for myself!

I'm moving to London in 3 months and I'm very excited and at the same time scared, do you have any advice for me to make friends? :)

That’s so exciting! I talk about making friends in my q&a so check that video out for some tips but it’s honestly such a big topic I’m going to make a dedicated video to it. At a high level here are my thoughts: Making friends in a new city definitely requires you to put yourself out there. Find internet groups you can join for IRL meet ups etc (Facebook groups, run clubs etc). If you come across people online or IRL that you think you would click with, go out of your way to let them know you’d like to be friends and put in the effort to regularly meet up with them. And remember that a lot of people are always new here and looking for friends too so you’re not alone! I personally find it easiest to maintain friendships in my local area too. Do you know where abouts you want to live when you move? And are you coming for work / fun / newness / all of the above haha?
